Your 1-Year Warranty Coverage

At HANDYMEN SERVICES, LLC, we stand by our work. Every remodel or home repair we complete comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of installation or repair. This warranty includes both materials and labor.

If You Encounter a Problem

If you notice any issues, please contact HANDYMEN SERVICES, LLC immediately. Problems must be reported within 15 days of noticing them to be covered by the warranty. Issues reported after this period may not be covered.

Please note, we do not reimburse for any services performed by individuals or companies not affiliated with HANDYMEN SERVICES, LLC. Services requested beyond 1 year from the date of installation will be billed at the current labor rate.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, alterations, or modifications by unauthorized persons, nor does it cover damage from natural disasters (fire, wind, hail, etc.). Specifically, the following items are not covered once the final balance is paid and work is deemed satisfactory:

• Cosmetic issues such as scratches and paint problems
• Cracking or chipping grout and caulking
• Drywall cracks and texture issues that appear later (e.g., due to foundation problems)
• Issues with materials not provided by our trusted vendors (a list of trusted vendors is available upon request; note that Home Depot and Lowes are generally not included for most finish materials)
• Bathroom accessories (e.g., towel bars, rings, toilet paper holders, mirrors)
• Decking and fencing: staining, scratches, warping, and splitting
• Floating floors not installed on fully level concrete floors

These items are subject to natural and normal wear and tear. While we aim to provide excellent service, please understand that home repairs are our livelihood.
